由於近排豬肉價格越嚟越貴,所以好多朋友仔揾Chef Meow 代購豬梅頭扒,朋友仔除咗蒸或者炆之外,仲有冇一啲特別啲嘅煮法? 所以今日就同大家分享一個菠蘿豬梅頭扒,可以原件上之外,味道酸酸甜甜,十分惹味! 而且呢個梅頭扒肉味鮮甜、入口鬆化,煮耐咗都唔怕韌或者乾身,而且價格仲好抵食添,真係值得一試!

準備材料:
1. 豬梅頭扒1件 260g
2. 洋蔥 半個
3. 細罐頭菠蘿 1罐
4. 甜紅椒 1個
5. 蒜頭 2瓣
6. 黑醋汁 2湯匙
7. 豉油 1湯匙
8. 糖 3茶匙
9. 燒酒 1湯匙
10. 水 3湯匙

1. 先把洋蔥、蒜頭、甜紅椒切碎備用

2. 用油起鑊爆香蒜頭

3. 加入洋蔥炒勻

4. 放入豬梅頭扒煎至兩面金黃色

5. 加入黑醋汁、豉油、糖、燒酒、水拌勻

6. 再放入甜紅椒及菠蘿, 加上蓋用中慢火炆煮5分鐘

7. 開蓋後把汁煮至收乾,即成
